First class travel training & recruitment

As a business continually recruiting travel staff, the conventional recruitment agency applicants and fee model simply wasn't working for us. So, we decided to create our own - and it's called Runway.

Whether you're looking to find the right candidate, train your existing staff or even train a recently placed candidate, Runway is different, offering a fairer alternative to conventional recruiters. Our fixed fee structure is divided into monthly instalments, which stop the moment a new employee leaves within 12 months of starting.

Just as important, our recruiting team know how to spot and train a great employee, as they've been there, seen it and currently do it themselves as fully trained multi-GDS agents.
